This guide provides all the essential information on using payment terms for invoices.
You can set a payment term for your orders from your Shopify Store Admin.
Please follow the steps below:
Step A: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step B: Click on the “Orders” section, and click on the “Create Order” button.
Step C: After adding the necessary information, click on “Payment due later” and select one of the “Payment Terms” options.

After you set the payment term, please follow the steps below to display the payment term in your invoices.
Step 1: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 2: Click “Template Design” on the left side panel of Easy Invoice+ and select “Invoice” from the “Change Template” dropdown menu.
Step 3: Click on the “Terms and Conditions”.
Step 4: Click on the “Show Payment Terms” option.
Step 5: Click the “Save Changes” button in the top right corner.
