This guide provides all the essential information on creating invoices in multiple languages.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click “Design” on the left side panel of Easy Invoice+ and click on “Invoice”.
Step 4: Click on the “Language” button and select “Add New Language”.
Important Note: Adding languages also means adding other countries. If you do not plan to sell globally, you can change your default template’s language by clicking the “Change Default Language” button.
Step 5: Click on the “Add New Language” dropdown menu and select the language you want to add.
Step 6: After selecting the language, click on the “Add Language” button.
Step 7: Added languages will initially be disabled. After making the necessary changes, you can enable them by clicking on the language and selecting “Enable Language”.
Important Note: When using multiple languages, Easy Invoice+ will automatically send the invoice in the correct language based on your customer’s shipping address.
Step 8: After making the necessary changes, click on the “Save Changes” button in the top right corner.
Note: Your custom or sequential invoice numbers can be maintained across different languages.
