This guide provides all the essential information on sending invoices manually.
You can send your invoices manually both from Shopify Store Admin and Easy Invoice+.
Please follow the steps below to manually send invoices from your Shopify Store Admin:
Step A: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step B: Click the “Orders” section.
Step C: Click the box near the order you want to send.
Step D: Click on “More Actions” and select “Send Invoice”.
Alternatively, you can send it manually from the order details page. After you click on any order you want to send, click on “More Actions” and select “Send Invoice”.
Please follow the steps below to manually send invoices from Easy Invoice+.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the “Orders” section and click on “Orders”.
Step 4: Click on the “Actions” button next to the order you want to send and select “Send”.
Alternatively, you can send your invoices manually from the order details page with Easy Invoice+. After you click on the order you want to send, click the “Send” button.
