This guide will provide you with all the necessary information about updated customer information on your invoices.
You can only change the customer information of your orders permanently from Shopify Store Admin.
If you wish to make temporary changes such as adding the VAT/Business number, you can use Easy Invoice+’s Quick Edit functionality.
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Click on the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and click on Easy Invoice+. Easy Invoice+ will automatically redirect you to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the Orders section and click on Orders.
Step 4: Click on the Actions button right side of the Order you wish to make changes and select Quick Edit.
Alternatively, you can use the Quick Edit function from Easy Invoice+’s Order Details of the same order. After you click on the order you wish to make changes, Click on the Quick Edit button.
Step 5: Select the document type you wish to edit and click on the “Yes, edit it!” button.
Step 6: Click on the field you wish to edit and make the necessary changes. All text fields are inline editable.
After you make the necessary changes, you can process the edited order from the left top side of the Quick Edit screen.
