This guide provides all the essential information on updating customer information on your invoices.
You can permanently change the customer information for your orders only from the Shopify Store Admin.
If you want to make temporary changes such as adding the VAT/Business number, you can use Easy Invoice+’s Quick Edit functionality.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the “Orders” section and click on “Orders”.
Step 4: Click the ‘Actions’ button on the right side of the order you want to modify and select ‘Quick Edit’.
Alternatively, you can use the “Quick Edit” function from Easy Invoice+’s order details page. After you click on the order you want to make changes, select the “Quick Edit” button.
Step 5: Select the document type you want to edit and click the “Yes, edit it!” button.
Step 6: Click on the field you want to edit and make the necessary changes. All text fields are inline editable.
After making the necessary changes, you can process the edited order from the top left side of the “Quick Edit” screen.
