This guide provides all the essential steps for enabling and managing translated product names on your invoices using Easy Order Manager+.
Prerequisite
Easy Order Manager+ supports product translations through the Shopify Translate & Adapt app. If you haven’t already, please install the app from the Shopify App Store.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Order Manager+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.

Step 3: From the dashboard, click on Template Design.

Step 4: In the Template Design page, open the Design section.

Step 5: Scroll to the Product Name Translation section, then choose your preferred translation language from the Language dropdown menu.
You can manage multiple languages in your store by visiting the Languages section in your Shopify admin.
If a translation is not available for a particular product, Easy Order Manager+ will automatically use the default product information.

If your published languages are not appearing in the dropdown, it may be due to app permission limitations. To resolve this:
- Click the “Click here to update the app permissions” link, or
- Navigate to the My Account section of the Easy Order Manager+ app and follow the update instructions.
Step 6: Once you’ve made your selection, click the Save button at the top center of the screen to apply your changes.
