This guide provides all the essential information you need to collect customer tax numbers.
To collect tax numbers from your customers, you need to activate Easy Invoice+’s “Collect Tax & Business Numbers” feature.
If you are using Shopify Online Store 2.0 Themes, Please follow the steps in the video guide below.
If you are using Online Store 2.0 Themes but cannot see the steps shown in the video guide, please update the Easy Invoice+ app from the My Account section.
Please follow the steps below if you are using Shopify Online Store 1.0 Themes.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the “Include Links to Docs” on the left side panel of Easy Invoice+.
Step 4: Scroll down to “Collect Tax & Business Numbers” and click the “Enable” button.
Step 5: Click on the “Yes, Enable!” button from the opened “Feature Activation Request” window.
Step 6: Our support team will send you a collaborator access request to apply the necessary change. Accept our collaborator access request from the “Users and Permissions” section under the “Settings” in your Shopify store admin.
