This guide provides all the essential information for performing batch actions on multiple orders using Easy Invoice+.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the Orders tab.
Step 4: Select the orders you want to process by clicking the checkboxes next to each order.
Step 5: Click the Batch Actions dropdown menu and choose the action you want to perform.
Available Batch Actions
- Print – Print invoices for all selected orders.
- Download – Download PDF documents for selected orders.
- Send – Email invoices to your customers in bulk.
- Upload – Upload documents to connected platforms (e.g., Google Drive, FTP).
- Convert – Convert selected documents (e.g., invoices to credit notes).
- Export as CSV – Export selected order data as a CSV file.
