To collect business or tax numbers from your customers, you can enable the “Collect Tax & Business Numbers” feature in Easy Order Manager+.
Already collecting tax numbers through another method? Please contact our support team via the Help Center in your Easy Order Manager+ dashboard so we can help you integrate them properly.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Order Manager+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on Include Links to Docs.
Step 4: In the Collect Tax & Business Numbers section, click the “I’ll configure it myself.” button. This will add a Tax Number field to the Cart page of your store.
You can then customize the field label from the Extension Settings. By default, the field is labeled “TAX ID”, but you can modify the text to suit your needs.
Step 5: After making your changes, click the Save button in the top right corner to apply them.
