How to add extra information to my invoices?

This guide provides all the essential information on adding extra details to your invoices.

You can include additional information on your invoices using metafields. There are three available options:

Shopify Metafields
Use Shopify’s native metafields to display additional data. For setup instructions, refer to Shopify’s official guide.
Metafield Apps
Use a third-party metafield app available on the Shopify App Store.
Easy Order Manager+ Order Metafields
Add up to three custom fields directly within Easy Order Manager+ from the Orders section.

Note:
Order metafields created in Easy Order Manager+ do not reflect the metafields configured in Shopify Admin. If you need to display Shopify-native metafields on your invoice templates, please contact our support team via the Help Center in the app.

How to Add Easy Order Manager+ Order Metafields

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Order Manager+.

Step 3: Click on the Orders tab.

Step 4: Select the order you want to update by clicking on its order number.

Step 5: Scroll down to the Order Metafields section.

Step 6: Enter the values for the Key and Value fields. You can define up to three metafields.

Step 7: Click the Save button at the top center of the screen.

If you’re using a Ready-to-Use template, the metafield data will automatically appear on your document.

If you’re using a Drag & Drop template, follow these steps:

Click Template Design.
Click Order Data Fields.
Choose Horizontal or Vertical layout.
Drag and drop the Order Metafield 1–3 containers and click Save Changes.
