This guide provides step-by-step instructions for including a document download link in your Shopify customer notification emails using Easy Invoice+.
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click on Include Links to Docs.
Step 4: In the Order Notification Download Links section, customize your document download link button. You can adjust:
- Button label
- Button and text colors
- Button size
- Displaying Button Icon
- Border radius of the button
You can also customize links for each document type by selecting the desired document from the Document Type dropdown menu.
Once you’re done, click Click Here to Copy This Code to copy the link code to your clipboard.
Step 5: Navigate to the Settings section of your Shopify admin.
Step 6: Within Settings, click Notifications, then go to Customer Notifications.
Step 7: Select the notification template you want to modify.
Step 8: Click Edit Code.
Step 9: Paste the copied document download code before the final {% endif %} (usually found around Line 20, above the <!DOCTYPE html> tag), then click Save to apply your changes.
