This guide provides all the essential information on removing certain customer details from your invoices.
If you need to remove some of the customer details from your invoices, our support team will help you to remove the information.
Please navigate to the “Support” section in your app dashboard to create a ticket or click here to email us the information you wish to remove.
If you want to completely remove the “Customer Information” from your invoices, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click “Template Design” on the left side panel of Easy Invoice+ and select “Invoice” from the “Change Template” dropdown menu.
Step 4: Click on the “Order Data Fields”.
Step 5: Deselect the “Show Customer Information” option.
Step 6: Click on the “Save Changes” button in the top right corner.
