While Easy Invoice+ does not currently offer the ability to remove individual customer details from invoices, you can request specific changes by contacting our support team.
To do so, please visit the Help Center to create a support ticket, or click here to email us the details you’d like removed.
If you wish to remove all customer information from your invoices, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: From the dashboard, click on Template Design.
Step 4: Go to the Order Data Fields section.
Step 5: Under the Address Details section, you can hide the customer information by deselecting the “Show Billing Information” option.
Step 6: Once you’ve made your selection, click the Save button at the top center of the screen to apply your changes.
