This guide is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about temporarily disabling the One Tree Planted at Checkout app.
Please follow these steps,
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account
Step 2: Click on the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and click on One Tree Planted at Checkout. One Tree Planted at Checkout will automatically redirect you to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Go to “Settings” on the left side panel
Step 4: Go to “Account Settings”
Step 5: On the “App Status”, Change the status from “On” to “Off”
Step 6: After making the necessary changes, click the “Save Changes” on the top right side of the screen
