This guide is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about changing your payment method.
It can be changed on the first day of the month when you make a payment of your monthly invoice.
Please follow these steps;
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account
Step 2: Click on the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and click on One Tree Planted at Checkout. One Tree Planted at Checkout will automatically redirect you to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Go to “Invoices” on the left side panel
Also, if there is an unpaid invoice, you will get a notification on the top right side of the dashboard.
Step 4: On the “Invoices”, You can find unpaid invoices. Click on the Action button and click on Make a Payment.
Step 5: You can make a payment with new your preferred payment gateway on the Payment Page.
Also, If you are using your credit card to make a payment, you can use your credit card information for recurring payments.
After entering the credit card information and clicking on the Pay {price} button.
Go to Gateway Settings at the bottom of the Settings, Click on the “Would you like to pay your invoices automatically?” dropdown, and click on the Yes
Important Note: If you want to change your credit card information; click on the “Click here to remove it” button on the Saved Credit Card Information, you can now enter new credit card information when you are making a payment on your monthly invoice.
After making the necessary changes, click the “Save Changes” on the top right side of the screen
