How can I activate the Post-Purchase donations?

This guide is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about activating Post-Purchase donations.

Please follow these steps,

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account

Step 2: Click on the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and click on One Tree Planted at Checkout. One Tree Planted at Checkout will automatically redirect you to the app dashboard.

Step 3: Go to “Settings” on the left side panel

Step 4: Go to “Post-Purchase Settings” and Click on the “click here” link which directs you to the Checkout and accounts settings of your store.

Step 5: Scroll down to the Post-purchase page, select the One Tree Planted at the Checkout, and click on the Save button.

Step 6: After you save your settings, go to the One Tree Planted settings, Set the Show Post-Purchase Donation to On.

You can also change the Post-Purchase Page Donation Title here.

Step 7: After making the necessary changes, click the “Save Changes” on the top right side of the screen

When you activated the Post-Purchase Donation, your customers will direct to this page to make donations after they place an order.
