This guide is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about customizing the donation Popup.
Please follow these steps,
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account
Step 2: Click on the “Apps” section of your Shopify store and click on One Tree Planted at Checkout. One Tree Planted at Checkout will automatically redirect you to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Go to “Settings” on the left side panel
Step 4: Go to “Popup Settings” and you will see four (4) sections you can change.
In the “Popup General Settings” section, You will find 5 customizable options regarding the overall design style. These options are Width, Font Type, Background Color, Border Status, and Border Color.
When the Show Popup option is set to “On”, your donation popup is displayed in your store.
If you don’t wish to use the donation popup, Go to “Popup Settings” and “Show Popup” option set to “off”
Note: After turning the donation popup off, you have still two donation options available for you, the donation widget and cart page donation.
If you wish to donate with the donation Widget, Go to “Widget Settings” and set the “Show Widget” option to “On”
Or if you wish to donate with the Cart Page Donation, On the “Cart Page Settings” and set the “Show Cart Page Donation” option to “On”
In the “Popup Head Title” section, You will find 5 customizable options regarding the head title styling. These options are Text to Display, Background Color, Font Color, and Font Size.
In the “Popup Content” section, You will find 3 customizable options regarding the content styling. These options are Font Color, Font Size, and Content Section which give you a lot of text editor options.
The price variable ( {price} ) seen on the content area of the popup content will display the cost of a tree.
In the “Popup Buttons” section, You will find 4 customizable options for both “approval” and “cancellation” buttons regarding the button styling. These options are Text to Display, Font Color, Font Size, and Background Color.
If you wish to disable the buttons, Change the “Show Button” dropdown to “Off” on both the “Approval Button” and “Cancellation Button” tabs.
Step 5: After making necessary changes, click the “Save Changes” on the top right side of the screen
After you click on the Save Changes button, your popup is available in your store.
