This guide provides all the essential information about customized invoice emails.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account.
Step 2: Go to your Shopify store’s “Apps” section and select Easy Invoice+. You will be automatically redirected to the app dashboard.
Step 3: Click “Design” on the left side panel of Easy Invoice+ and select “Invoice”.
Step 4: Click on the “Mail Settings”.
Step 5: You can customize the following options for the invoice email:
- Automatic Delivery Options are set to Manual by default. If you subscribe to the Basic or higher plan, you can choose from various Automatic Delivery Options, such as Auto on Order, Auto on Payment, Auto on Fulfillment, or Auto Only for Copy Address.
- E-mail Subject is where you can customize your Invoice email subject.
- Sender Name is where you can customize your sender name.
- Sender E-mail Address is the email address your customers see as a sender.
- BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) allows you to add additional email addresses that remain hidden from your customers.
- Attachment Options is where you can select sending the invoice as an attachment or not.
- Invoice E-mail Content is where you can customize the content of your invoice email.
- Quick Edit E-mail Content is where you can customize the content of your invoice email when you use the Quick Edit functionality to edit your invoices temporarily.
Step 6: After making the necessary changes, click on the “Save Changes” button in the top right corner.
